Welcome Home!

Newlin Meadows is a homeowners association located on the west side of Parker, Colorado. Conveniently located near the junctions of Mainstreet and Chambers Road, Newlin Meadows is a friendly community with views of the Front Range and easy access to I-25, the Denver Tech Center, and shopping in Parker and Lone Tree. The Town of Parker trail system also runs through the neighborhood, allowing residents to enjoy hiking and biking in natural spaces.

Community amenities include two parks with playground equipment, a basketball court, and large grassy areas to allow room for kids to run and play. Our community also has a large natural space that runs along Newlin Gulch.

Our Social Committee sponsors many fun events for the whole family, including decorating contests for Halloween and Christmas, a bike parade for the 4th of July, and monthly movie nights throughout the summer.

Residents can sign in to send a message to the board or management, access the community calendar, view and print documents such as monthly financial reports, meeting minutes, governing documents, review the design standards and access the design review request system, view past newsletters, and more.

NEW RESIDENTS

Welcome to the neighborhood!

The following is some information you might find useful as you get settled into your new home:

Sign up for email alerts and E-blasts by sending an email with your contact information and email address to frontdesk@tmmccares.com.

Trash day is every Wednesday with recycling every other Wednesday.  Little Dumpsters is the trash provider.  Please have your trash cans out by 6 a.m. Since we live near natural space, please keep your trash cans inside your garage at other times to avoid them being raided by animals or trash being blown around by the wind.

Newlin Meadows is a covenant-controlled community.  Any exterior modification to your home requires prior review and approval.  Download the Design Guidelines and Homeowner’s Handbook for details on community rules and design reviews. A design review request can be submitted using SmartWebs via the link provided on this site, or contact TMMC for a form that can be submitted via email.

A community newsletter is published regularly and sent via E-blast.  Past newsletters can be found under the Documents tab (see Newsletters folder).

Board meetings are held the third Wednesday monthly beginning at 6:30 p.m. and are conducted via Zoom.  Details can be found on the Calendar tab.

If you are interested in getting involved in the community, there are several volunteer-led committees.  Please attend a board meeting if you are interested or send an email to tmmc@tmmccares.com.

Please check out our FAQ’s for information on living in the community. Check out the Local Resources section for information on utilities, law enforcement and other emergency services, and other helpful information.
